ADAM SAITMAN – PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As President and CEO, Adam utilizes his extensive background in electrical construction and design to challenge each employee to strive for perfection. His diverse knowledge and experience allow for a very practical and realistic approach to each unique project. He has held various positions throughout his tenure with the firm culminating with his current position as President and Chief Executive Officer. He holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing and has received several industry awards and recognitions. He remains actively involved with the Executive Team on the day to day operations of the firm, and has served as a consultant on various industry and council committees. He is an active member of the National Electrical Contractors Association, and a long standing supporter of local growth and alumni organizations.

KEITH BERSON – VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

As Vice President, Keith is responsible for the oversight and management of all day to day operations for the firm. His experience and responsibility grew throughout his career within the industry allowing him exposure to both field and executive level management positions. His project experience includes, but is not limited to, institutional, educational, retail, entertainment, cultural, medical and transportation. Keith is also responsible for the oversight and management of all field personnel with direct reporting from the Field Superintendent and all office management personnel. He has received several industry awards and recognitions from the County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles World Airports and the National Electrical Contractors Association.

JASON PENNINGTON – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As Chief Financial Officer, Jason is responsible for financial analysis and reporting for the Executive and Management teams including the preparation of the monthly financial statements, job costs, labor analysis and productivity reporting. He oversees all accounting activities including, but not limited to, billing, accounts receivable and payable as well as all payroll and tax reporting. He is also the key liaison between the firm’s banking, bonding and insurance firms. His experience includes over 14 years of accounting and finance related positions in both the public and private sectors. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles, a graduate degree from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Account licensed in the State of California.
