Mike Arbogast – ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Arbogast is our Estimator / Project Manager for the Street Lighting and Transportation Department; he is responsible for all bid preparations, project take-offs, pricing and write-ups. He oversees the Street Lighting and Transportation Estimating Department and works closely with his team to address project schedules, change orders and technical issues. Major responsibilities include preparation of bid schedule, review of projects to bid and estimates with staff members, in addition, to producing timely consistent and accurate estimates that align with our clients expectations and scope of work. Mr. Arbogast maintains positive relationships with contractors, engineers, suppliers and city, county and state agencies. He has developed and expanded our estimating team and guides the implementation of standards to ensure quality in our projects from preconstruction to close-out.

His career includes over 32 years of Electrical Estimating and managing a variety roadways and freeway projects, installation of traffic signals and street lighting.
