Mark Howard – ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Howard is our Estimator / Project Manager for the Street Lighting and Transportation Department with ongoing public works / private projects with various clients in Southern California. His current responsibilities on these projects include crew assignments, material procurement, scheduling, billing, coordinating between sub and prime contractors, maintaining and growing relationships with Contractors and Suppliers throughout the greater Los Angeles area, estimating change orders, meeting with local, state, and federal officials, and tracking job costs.

His career includes over 28 years of experience in Construction Project/Program Management, Engineering Project Design, Field Electrical Installation, Plant and Utilities Maintenance, Personnel Supervision and Management, and Project Financial Management. He has worked with all types of traffic signal technologies and has been involved in some of the largest ITS projects on the East and West coasts.
